PERONAL TRAINING
We begin our process within our fitness studio via a fitness assessment to shine light on any current limitations and imbalances in which could be root causes for poor quality of living, areas of pain, or improper movement patterns before diving into resistance training. We need to learn you before we can provide you with quality training. Our primary plan of attack within our facility is resistance training. Resistance training is the best way to build/preserve muscle which will increase your metabolism, improve blood sugars, optimize health and decrease all cause mortality. We take pride in our methods of teaching the WHYs of what we are doing. “Teach a man to fish and he can eat for a lifetime”. We apply this same concept to our training. You are not only coming into our facility to get great workouts and work towards your goals but to also learn how you can do these workouts on your own, safely and correctly so that you can succeed not only while we work together, but for the rest of your life.
